growing up in the borg, i always heard that you shouldn't drink marsala wine because there is blood in it.
has anyone else ever heard of this?

on another thread, "bad news for you know", i pointed out the amazing changes that have occured in the quality of life since 1960. you know maintains that life has been going down hill since then.
after about 25 unanswered posts on that thread, i figured that he was not going to address the facts.. now, what i would like to propose is that you who remember life in the 1960's, to list some of the conveniences and inventions that the average person did not have then, that are readily available today.
minister Dean Acheson in 1960:
"I know that the world today in 15 years is to dfangerous to live within".
He meant 1975, often recitatd by WTS.
An now we have the 21 century and still we are here - in spite of bin Laden and a crushed soviet onion :-)

Truth is, that nobody kows exactly how the future prphecies of the bible will get real.
Truth is, that we must accept Jesus as mediator to God.
And truth is that the slave Jesus spoke about in the parable, could also be wicked.
Out of these circumstances it seems that we all are slaves and should be willing to serve one another.
The jar goes as long to the spring until it breaks.
At the moment I recognize there are great troubles in Brooklyn as they moved themselves into a corner where no escape is possible without loosing feathers.
Better they would explain what things must be changed and apologize than set on time.
But I am sure they wont.

yes imagine if after all the struggle and effort to break fee of jehovahs witnesses it turnred out that they were right all along.. the governing body were getting messages from god and were being used by him , proof came out that evolution was false.they found noahs ark and ancient manuscrips were found that proved the bible true.. also lasurus was still alive and well living in siberia.. the next thing we know religon has been banned.. there are signs in the sky and strange phenomenon.. we look up and see the moon turned to blood and the sign of the son of man appears in the heavens.. next to him is a flying pig.. we realise pigs don't fly .. we wake up sweating.. it was all a dream.. releaved its all over we get up for a new day.. we open the curtains, allwe can see is fire and brimstone.. we hear screams of tourture.. satan laughs.
